Rum River Relays Revival Meet

Schools participating: Princeton, St. Cloud Apollo, Sauk Rapids-Rice
- Entries: Unlimited relays and hurdles and field events. Top relay from each team scores. Hurdles and field events will combine top 3 from each team for scoring.
- Scoring: 5, 3, 1
- Only 1/8” pyramid spikes may be used.
- Automatic Timing will be used. Please send Hy-tek rosters to Loren Finlayson at loren.finlayson@isd47.org by Monday, April 18th otherwise I will take your roster off the MSHSL site.
- All athletes will need a comp. # written on their hand for field events and hurdle races.

High Jump -- Girls followed by boys
Shot Put -- Girls followed by boys, 4 throws
Discus – Boys followed by girls, 4 throws
Long Jump—Girls Cafeteria style, jumps done by 5:30. Boys begin at 5:45, jumps done by 7:00 4 jumps.
Triple Jump—Boys Cafeteria style, jumps done by 5:30, Girls begin at 5:45, jumps done by 7:00 4 jumps
Pole Vault – Boys –followed by Girls
4:30 Running events begin

2 x 1600 Relay- times from top 2 for each school combined for places
100/110 Meter Hurdles- times from top 3 for each school combined for places
4 x 100 Meter relay
4 x 800 Meter Relay
800 Sprint medley relay (100,100,200,400)
300 Meter hurdles-- times from top 3 for each school combined for places
1600 Medley relay (200, 200, 400, 800)
4 x 100 Throwers relay- Runners must have been in a throwing event
4x 200 Meter relay
Distance Medley relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
4x400 Meter Relay
