Bus leaves SRRHS at 3:30

Field events begin 4:45 Running events ar 5:00 pm
High Jump – Girls followed by Boys
Shot Put—Boy followed by Girls
Long Jump—Boys & Girls Cafeteria style. Closes at conclusion of the
1600m Runs
Triple Jump—Boys & Girls Cafeteria style after Long Jump Pole Vault – Boys - Girls

Order of Events: (Girls followed by Boys) 
4x800 Meter Relay
55 Meter Hurdles 
55 Meter Dash 
4x200 Meter Relays 
1600 Meter Run 
400 Meter Dash 
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash 
4x400 Meter Relay
Only 1/8” pyramid spikes may be used.

No food or beverages other than water are permitted in the field house.
Unlimited entries. No scoring.
Each school needs to time their own runners. We will provide field event workers.
Practice attire is expected as this is not a meet. _ Pick a color t-shirt for your team to wear – It will better help you ID your athletes – Especially in the 55 dashes.
Filed event heights and jumps will not be recorded.
Vertical Jumps – Bare will be moved up in set times periods – Each athlete will be done after three misses in a row – for safety of athlete trying a height that they should not attempt
Horizontal jumps – Three jumps total – Distances not to be recorded – but measured and read out load.
