Meet Information
TEAMS: Alexandria, Brainerd, Fergus Falls, ROCORI, St. Cloud
Apollo, St. Cloud Tech, Sartell-St. Stephen, Sauk Rapids-Rice, Willmar
ROSTER SUBMISSION: We will be pulling the Rosters for each team from the MSHSL Site.
Please have all possible athletes entered into the MSHSL Roster by
3/28/16. We will send out Athlete Numbers by Thursday Morning. The number
should be written on each athletes hand. These
numbers will be used to develop heat and flight sheets and to print results.

RUNNING EVENTS: -Heat and lane assignments random draw
-All events are timed finals (fast
heat first)
-Clerk at the NW corner of the
field house
FIELD EVENTS: -Enter individuals at the site using assigned number
-LJ and TJ are run cafeteria style
-Shot Put entries will be random draw when they
sign up.
-Shot
Put weigh-in at throwing sector beginning at 7:30 am
SCORING: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 all events
STARTER/REFEREE: Lee Fitzharris
GAMES COMMITTEE: Brainerd,
Alexandria, and Apollo. Head coaches:
boys handle boys events, girls handle girls events
TRACK FACILITIES: ¼” max
pyramid or tree spikes (no pin spikes)
RESULTS: results will be
posted during the meet and complete results will be available after the meet. Live Results for the Meet can be found at www.fastfinishresults.com
WORKERS: Each school will
provide workers to cover an event area. This includes assistant helpers needed
to run event efficiently.
